In addition to free trial, you are still able to join Coursera courses for free though you cannot earn any certificate.
Here let me tell you how to do this.
You just find a course that you want to join, and here I choose an Excel course.
I go to the registration page and click enroll the course, remember you join the course for free trial means you need to provide your credit card information. But here I don’t advise you to give the information as it is finally charged if you forget to cancel the subscription.
After enrolling the course, you are showed a big blue button Start Free Trial and a line with small font at the bottom stating Audit the course.
If you decide to earn the certificate with 7-day free trial, click Start Free Trial. But if you would like to join the course free without certificate, click Audit the course.
After clicking Audit the course button, you are diverted to the audit page that all course contents, except assignments and tutor support, are provided for you.
