PassMart Shop Policy
The following terms and conditions apply to our Shop (i.e. PassMart) only, which do not cover any item outside our Shop.
Gotitpass are not responsible for any custom duty, import tax or value added tax (VAT).
We will ship the goods once 3 to 5 days after receiving your order. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated between 20 days and 40 days.
In most cases, orders are sent back because of incomplete, incorrect or illegible address. In addition to be careful and double-check the digits when adding shipping address, you can use simple tools like the RoyalMail Postcode Finder to make sure that the city in the address matches your zip code.
Tip: Package theft is on the rise— If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!
We want you to have a great experience every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items and you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items within 14 days.
Please note that you must return each item in the same condition in which you received it. This means that new items must be returned unused and undamaged.
The following products thus cannot be returned unless defective:
Products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items;
Goods which may deteriorate or expire rapidly;
A service, if the supplier has fully performed it and you accepted when you placed your order that the supplier could start to deliver it, and that you could not cancel it once delivery had started;
Digital content (including apps, digital software, ebooks, MP3, etc) which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that the supplier could start to deliver it, and that you could not cancel it once delivery had started
Gotitpass will refund the cost of sending an item back to us if it’s defective, damaged or incorrect or, if you're returning shoes, clothing, jewellery or watches that were sold or dispatched by us. If the product is in good condition and you would like to cancel the purchase within 14 days received by you, you need to pay for sending the item back.
Returning Your Purchase
Though it’s rare, you would like to return the purchase no matter you receive a wrong item, it’s broken or you just want to cancel the purchase, please contact us at email@example.com with photos of wrong/damaged items within 14 days of your goods receipt and we’ll sort that out for you. We’ll then give you instructions on how to return the goods to us and get your refunds back.
